Do I need trucking or recruiting experience?
No. The course starts from the ground up. If you already know the trucking world, you will move faster, but everything from carrier agreements to your first screening call is walked through step by step.
How do I actually earn money?
You earn a placement fee from the carrier when a driver you recruited gets hired and starts. Our minimum is $1,000 per placed driver, so a single placement more than covers the course. The course shows you how to find carriers, find drivers and get paid.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee income. Your results depend on your effort, the carriers you work with and market conditions. What we give you is the same system and templates we use, plus personal guidance to apply them.
